What We Do

The Cannabis Legislative Inter-Ministerial Work Group (CLIWG) is a government-led collaborative body established to research, evaluate, and develop recommendations for a responsible cannabis regulatory framework in Sint Maarten. Through evidence-based policy, stakeholder engagement, and public education, the Work Group is committed to protecting public health, promoting safety, and supporting sustainable economic development.
